Recent enterprise proof: Multi-brand education growth system
A governed operating model connecting performance media, CRO, measurement, agencies, and investment decisions across a $700M PE-backed education enterprise: $15M+ in media, 180+ institutions, and four business units. Authority spanned allocation, conversion, measurement architecture, partner selection, agency economics, and in-house capability.
The operating scope includes five CRO workstreams, a $500K cross-market reallocation, 150+ custom landing pages, and 60+ campaigns restructured in under four weeks as agency lead, before the in-house role. A separate nine-school Meta-versus-paid-search allocation test showed that the right mix depended on school economics, available scale, and downstream conversion quality. Separately, after YouTube was reintroduced within the broader acquisition mix, portfolio lead-to-enrollment improved from approximately 17% to 28%, informing subsequent channel planning. The observed movement is not proof of YouTube-only causality.
