The Challenge
“Best practice” documents had historically been a low-engagement, check-the-box process — fragmented, disconnected from real workflows, and seen as extra work by most regional and platform teams.
The Approach
I reimagined the documentation framework not as compliance but as enablement. Integrated test-and-learn workflows, campaign setups, and daily SOPs directly into the documents. Engaged teams by showing how better documentation would reduce their repetitive lift, speed up decision-making, and unlock time for more strategic work.
